Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep a copy of everything you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Diamondconnections Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
